Fauda Base offers the public a rare opportunity to experience the world of the Israeli Defense Force’s Special Undercover Forces. The compound was created by former soldiers from these units and offers activities that challenge participants physically, intellectually, and emotionally. It also provides a chance to learn about Zionism, history, and values through the lens of the Special Forces. Fauda Base is made up of four areas: the Undercover Forces Heritage Tent, the Unit Base, Mahmoudia (an Arab village), and Hashdashia (a Bedouin tent). The compound closely collaborates with the creators of the popular television series “Fauda” and the Special Undercover Forces themselves. At Fauda Base, visitors can live a day in the life of an undercover soldier like on the show.
